Zarges Univeral Battery Case

The ZARGES Battery Case Universal is a high-performance hazardous goods packaging solution, specifically certified for the safe storage and transport of lithium-ion batteries classified as UN 3480 and UN 3481. This German-made aluminium container is exceptionally versatile, accommodating batteries in various states, including prototypes, damaged/defective batteries, critically defective batteries, and those destined for disposal or recycling. It features a unique, high-safety design that includes additional heat shields for increased thermal protection. Crucially, its internal padding and absorbent material are non-flammable, non-conductive, and dust-free. The case has successfully passed rigorous fire tests, including those involving critically defective high-capacity batteries (over 1,384 Wh), ensuring the maximum outside temperature remains below 100°C with no flames or splinters escaping in the event of an accident. It also boasts a high dielectric strength, making it suitable for high-performance batteries used in power tools and similar applications.
