Warehouse Land Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of goods. By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

General

1.1 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on the website.

1.3 "We", "Us", and "Our" refers to Warehouse Land. "You" and "Your" refers to the customer or business user.

Orders and Pricing

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.2 While we strive for 100% accuracy, errors in pricing may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

2.3 All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate at checkout.

Delivery

3.1 Delivery dates are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

 3.2 For heavy or bulky warehouse equipment (such as racking or heavy-duty trolleys), it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that you have the necessary equipment or personnel to offload the goods.

3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Cancellations and Returns

4.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, retail customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to bespoke or "made-to-order" warehouse solutions.

4.2 Business-to-business (B2B) returns may be subject to a restocking fee, particularly for large-scale industrial items.

4.3 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

5.1 You must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be reported to Warehouse Land within 24 hours of receipt.

5.2 We require photographic evidence of any damage to the goods and the packaging to process a claim or replacement.

Credit Accounts

6.1 Customers with an approved Warehouse Land credit account must adhere to the agreed 30-day payment terms (unless otherwise stated in writing).

6.2 We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities if payments are late or if credit checks indicate a change in financial status.

6.3 Your Warehouse Land credit account may also be utilised on our sister website, Ladderstore.com, subject to the same terms and conditions.

Product Specifications

7.1 We aim to ensure that all descriptions, dimensions, and weights are accurate. However, manufacturers may make minor alterations to designs without notice. Images are subject to availability and may differ to the image shown. These images are for illustrative purposes only.

7.2 All equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's safety instructions and relevant Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Warehouse Land shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

8.2 Our total liability in connection with any contract for the purchase of products shall not exceed the price of the products.
