The ZARGES Battery Case Storage is the simplest and most effective way to protect against the hazard of a lithium battery fire in storage environments, including industry, trade, bicycle dealers, and private households. This compact aluminium box offers maximum fire protection and user-friendly handling through its unique, fireproof, one-piece interior construction, which also prevents incorrect usage. The case has achieved outstanding test results in real fire and explosion tests conducted by TÜV NORD, certified for ratings up to 814 Wh. Crucially, in the event of a thermal event, the case ensures no escape of flames or splinters, and the box surface temperature remains safely below 200°C. The interior features flexible, absorbent, electrically non-conductive, and dust-free material that adapts to the shape of the batteries, making it perfect for power tool and e-bike batteries. While not type-approved for commercial transport (ADR/IATA), it is compliant for domestic use and use by skilled workers under relevant trade regulations.
